Open Studio - With Bring Your Own Tree Option

This is a hands-on, small group workshop where we will provide all the assistance you need to continue to develop your bonsai. You can join the workshop with a tree or two of your own, or add one to your ticket and we will bring it for you. All the tools and wire you need will be provided.

About the event
Continue to develop a bonsai at this open format workshop where students can bring their own tree or add one to their ticket. We will start with a discussion on seasonally appropriate techniques for the species in attendance, and then get you started on doing the work to improve your bonsai and take it to the next level. We will also have some more advanced trees on site so we can demonstrate techniques and you can have some guided practice.
